I’m feeling all kinds of mushy, sentimental, and lovey dovey - how could you not when you’re surrounded by hearts, flowers, chocolates, and kissy bears everywhere you look?  A puckered up lion actually fell on me in my favorite department store a few days ago.  I was just thankful he wasn’t real.  I checked his price tag, realized that he cost 3 tall lattes at Starbucks (What?  You don’t use the StarBUCKS system for shopping?  Wow.), then set him back amongst his kind.

This Yellow Gold Heart in Hand Diamond Ring is yet another reminder of the sentimental season that’s all around us.  Valentine’s Day may not be up there with Thanksgiving and Christmas in people’s minds and hearts - and kids may not find it quite as fun as Halloween, but I absolutey delight in it.  Anything that promotes love and affection is tops in my book.

Yes, as a matter of fact, I am a romantic fool.  But I’m happy with the title.
